$65/hour fully-burdened shop labor rate. All-in, no hidden costs, no surprises at invoice time. 2,000 dedicated labor hours per week allocable to a single account — full-shop commitment when your schedule demands it.
25 welding machines, 2 overhead cranes, Skytrack 10K outriggers, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and a company trailer fleet. We own our equipment — your timeline doesn’t depend on third-party rental availability or delivery delays.
We self-perform both fabrication and field erection. No handoff between a fab shop and a separate erection sub. One accountable team coordinates sequencing, delivery, and installation — eliminating the coordination risk between separate trades.
We already operate as a sub-fabrication and erection partner for Prospect Steel, Basden Steel Corporation, and Hill Country Steel. If your regional plants are constrained, we can absorb structural or misc-metals releases at 100–120 tons/week under a master services or preferred-partner framework.
Mon–Fri 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM plus Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM — 66 shop-hours per week. We hire additional fabricators and welders when the project pipeline calls for it. Scalable without the overhead you’d carry building your own crew.
